Here are some simple steps to integrate into your daily life for balancing your solar plexus chakra:

Dynamic Asana:

Strengthen your personal power through dynamic yoga poses. Core-engaging poses such as boat pose, plank, warrior III, and twists stimulate your inner strength and ignite your solar plexus chakra.

Pranayama Practice:
